Collection consists of Uphoff's correspondence and other material relating to his work as Director of the Center for Labor Education and Research (CLEAR). Uphoff was an economics professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder from 1962-1976. He helped establish CLEAR as a labor education program within the economics department.
